Refund policy

We understand that an order does not always work out. In order to better satisfy our customers, we make returns and exchanges easy.

Refunds:
If you need to return the product in 'as-new' condition to us within 30 days of receipt you will get the full purchase price of the product refunded. Really, it's that simple!

Exchanges:
If you didn’t get just the right item first time around, no problem! Simply purchase the item you do want right now and send back the item you don’t want for a refund within 30 days of the original (first) purchase. Remember your return must be in ‘as-new’ condition.

Defective Equipment Exchanges/Returns:
In the rare event you receive an item that is not working properly, it’s important you contact us. Please call 01903 768944, or alternately email us via the contact form below with as much detail as possible. We will troubleshoot the problem with you first, and, provided the item is defective we will open a helpdesk service ticket to track your return (the ticket ID will be your return reference and should be quoted in all correspondence with us).

Additional Notes:
Please note: due to hygiene reasons we are unable to take back any non faulty product that may have been in contact with the inner ear or mouth.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
